Role overview
Supervise cleaners and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to approved schedules, methods, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Allocate daily cleaning duties and monitor attendance. • Conduct pre-shift briefings and toolbox talks. • Inspect offices, washrooms, common areas, external areas, and assigned facilities. • Monitor cleaning chemicals, machines, consumables, and PPE. • Train cleaners on approved methods and safety requirements. • Record completed tasks and inspection results. • Respond to urgent cleaning requests and client observations. • Report manpower shortages, equipment defects, and material needs
Skills and requirements
• High-school certificate or diploma. • 3–5 years of commercial cleaning experience, including supervisory duties. • Basic English communication and reporting capability
