Role overview
Supervise civil maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction activities.
Responsibilities
• Supervise masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, and waterproofing works. • Review work instructions, drawings, measurements, and material requirements. • Ensure workmanship meets approved specifications. • Monitor subcontractors and civil trades personnel. • Conduct inspections before and after completion. • Maintain daily progress and material-consumption records. • Ensure proper barricading, housekeeping, and safety compliance
Skills and requirements
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology. • 5–7 years of civil maintenance or construction experience
